Lamb and Beef for your freezer

Trebarvah Farm is a small 40 acres farm overlooking the Lizard Peninsula and the sea. The grass is plentiful and the flock is free to roam while the Dexter herd has extensive grazing. Our Dexter cattle and Shetland lambs are reared in a clean and natural environment to traditional high levels of husbandry. Both breeds are renowned for their quality, sweet flavour and tenderness.

We use no herbicides or pesticides. We do not carry out routine preventative worming or vaccinations. Lambs and calves are suckled and fed on grass to which they have access all year round. The small lambs weigh about 12-15kg. A side of beef weighs approximately 75kg. However, these are sold in mixed quarters giving a variety of cuts in each quarter pack. Both beef and lamb are expertly jointed by our local butcher. Cuts are individually wrapped in labelled plastic bags, ready to be used or frozen.
